We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our Bars team which serves the God’s Rooftop, the gaming departments and the brand new Paddy’s Sportsbook. You’ll be serving delicious cocktails, engaging with guests, and helping create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the Hippodrome Casino.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standard.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service with confidence and personality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For

  • One year of experience as a Bartender in a high volume central London bar.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A polished, professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
