We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Bar Back to join our Bars team which serves the God’s Rooftop, the gaming departments and the brand new Paddy’s Sportsbook. You’ll be the backbone of our bar operations, supporting the bartenders and ensuring everything is stocked, clean, and ready for service. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and wants to be part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock fridges, shelves, and service stations with drinks, glassware, and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and in storage areas.
- Support bartenders during busy service periods with prep and logistics.
- Assist with clearing and resetting guest areas as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Be a reliable and energetic presence in a high-volume, high-energy setting.

- Previous experience in a hospitality or bar support role is a plus, but not essential.
