As the Sales Office Administrator, you will work closely with the company director to ensure that the customer onboarding process and journey is in line with the company's mission and vision. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of the sales office, including:
- Meeting & Greeting Customers
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Telephone Correspondence
- Email Correspondence
- Order Enquiries & Quotations
- Customer Order Processing - end to end
- Follow up calls - ensure orders have arrived on time
- Dealing with suppliers
- Organising deliveries and pick-ups
- Social Media
- Order Processing System (Click up)
Growth and understanding is key, with a clear outline of achievable salary increases as you develop and grow into the role and gain valuable experience in your position. You will be dealing with customers face to face and over the phone every day. Building customer rapport and relationships is a core part of this role.
