I am delighted to be recruiting for my client in Market Harborough; a firm of Land and Property Professionals. They are looking for a Property Administrator to join the team.
In just five years, the business has grown and developed to over 200 staff and consultants based in 16 offices. The company has strong relationships with many local professional advisors and plays a pivotal role in the communities that it serves. They offer rural advice and professional services, manage commercial and residential property portfolios, residential sales and lettings, valuation, general practice work, planning and architecture, development, strategic land promotion, client accounting, block management and compulsory purchase.
Are you looking for a Sales Admin role with a twist? I am looking for a highly passionate and motivated individual to be part of an ever-growing entity. The role is unique to the rest of the industry which gives clients the best experience during a property transaction. We are a leading, independent branch.
- Processing and progressing sales through to completion.
- Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors.
- Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates.
- Providing full support to our Conveyancing department.
- Preparing correspondence using our case management system.
- Talking to clients both on the telephone and in person.
- Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
- Maintaining a good relationship with new business introductions.
- Guiding clients with the initial first steps of their move.
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required.

- Initiative & possess a high level of accuracy.
- Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.

- Ideally possess a background in sales or an understanding for sales of legal services.
