Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £23,500 - £25,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE: £30,000 Year 1 | £40,000+ Year 2

We are now looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting new and existing customers via phone and email
  • Making high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualifying leads and identifying larger opportunities for the Business Development team
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Supporting the sales team with administration and lead generation activities
  • Processing customer orders and responding to enquiries efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records

What We're Looking For:

  • Motivated, confident, and eager to build a career in sales
  • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
  • Resilient and positive attitude towards cold calling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and IT skills
  • Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence required

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
