At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to âMake it easy for men to dress wellâ and we canât do that without our specialist teams. This time, weâre on the lookout for a Senior Online Content Manager who will be working with James from our eCommerce team.
The primary purpose of the Senior Online Content Manager is to ensure all on-site Merchandising and Marketing briefs are executed on time to deliver the highest quality experience for our customers. Acting as the liaison to the customer service team, they will provide excellent client care in order to resolve all escalations. Youâll lead a team of 6 and so youâll be an excellent people manager, driving performance and developing their skills.
The Senior Online Content Manager specifically requires someone with strong eCommerce experience, ideally with Salesforce Commerce cloud. Youâll be a natural people manager, with great interpersonal and communication skills. Youâll of course be managing lots of deadlines, so strong organisation and prioritisation skills are a must. If youâve got Power BI experience, then thatâs a bonus too!
