The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented Social Commerce Executive to take ownership of our TikTok Shop channel and drive its next phase of growth. This role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop or social commerce who understands both performance and content. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, content planning and promotional execution, scaling affiliate partnerships, optimising product listings, analysing performance data, and working closely with our live agency to maximise revenue. You will play a key role in shaping our TikTok Shop strategy and turning it into a significant revenue stream for the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • TikTok Shop Management
  • Own and manage the OHS TikTok Shop account day-to-day
  • Oversee product listings, ensuring they are fully optimised (titles, imagery, pricing, bundles, promotions) and visible for purchase
  • Ensure promotions and campaigns are executed correctly and on time
  • Liaise directly with our TikTok Shop Account Manager to stay fully up to date with platform developments, new features, campaign opportunities and best practices
