We're hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO. Location: Onsite in Manchester. Full-time, Monday–Friday | Office Based | Competitive Salary + Perks.

The Role
Reporting into the Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, assisting with diary management, correspondence, and general office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills in a professional, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and general support to the Senior EA & CEO
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
- Provide e-mail management support including organisation and filtering of e-mail inbox
- Assist in arranging travel, accommodation and occasional personal bookings
- Helping organise weekly priorities and updating trackers
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support to assist the smooth running of the office
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively
- Support the Senior EA on executive office projects, events and ad hoc tasks as required
