Online Home Shop (OHS) are one of the fastest growing online home retailers in the North-West. Reporting to the CRM Manager, we are looking for an experienced CRM Executive (or CRM/Marketing Assistant looking to take a step up) to support our growth and drive customer retention to new heights. You will be from an online retail background, with experience of using CRM platforms to create engaging and revenue-driving marketing emails.
Online Home Shop is in a period of rapid growth – it is a fast-paced environment that requires a self-starter attitude, and the ability to collaborate with teams across the business.
- Brief required assets into the creative team well in advance of email sends
- Work with the CRM Manager to run frequent test and learn plans to optimise performance
- Create daily and weekly reports to circulate with the digital and Ecommerce teams, monitoring YOY & WOW performance
Experience of utilising CRM platforms
Experience in online retail
Strong creative copywriting skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
1-2 years’ experience in a Digital/Ecommerce role with some CRM experience
