The Role
Reporting to the CRM Manager, we are looking for an experienced CRM Executive (or CRM/Marketing Assistant looking to take a step up) to support our growth and drive customer retention to new heights. You will be from an online retail background, with experience of using CRM platforms to create engaging and revenue-driving marketing emails. Online Home Shop is in a period of rapid growth – it is a fast-paced environment that requires a self-starter attitude, and the ability to collaborate with teams across the business. You will constantly strive to exceed budget and drive incremental growth!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build campaign emails on a daily basis in line with the trading plan, as well as customer journey emails
- Brief required assets into the creative team well in advance of email sends
- Review, own and optimise email copy to maximise open rates, click rates, conversion and revenue
- Work with the CRM Manager to run frequent test and learn plans to optimise performance
- Monitor changes made to feedback the results to the wider teams, making suggestions for further improvements
- Create daily and weekly reports to circulate with the digital and Ecommerce teams, monitoring YOY both written and verbal
- Organisation of daily workload, proactive self-starter
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work collaboratively with different business and supplier stakeholders – a team player
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Digital/Ecommerce role with some CRM experience
- Homewares experience (preferable but not essential)
