The Role

As our full-time Studio Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our in-house photography studio. You will manage a team of photographers, retouchers and stylists as well as external partners. You will manage processes and projects to ensure that all content is produced on time, on budget, and to the highest standard — supporting everything from product listings to creative campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and coordinate all in-house studio activity, including photography, retouching, and workflows
  • Familiar with AI tools, processes and workflows to enrich image creation and speed up asset delivery
  • Schedule and prioritise shoots in line with business and marketing needs (product launches, campaigns, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Studio Assistant Manager to guide, support, and motivate the wider studio team
  • Oversee the team of creatives (photographers, stylists, retouchers) and manage freelance bookings when needed
  • Maintain the studio tracker, ensuring smooth delivery of assets across departments (Marketing, eCommerce, Social)
  • Ensure consistency and quality of visual output align with brand guidelines
  • Oversee studio equipment, maintenance, and inventory management
  • Implement and refine studio processes to improve workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with buying, creative, and marketing teams to align on timelines and deliverables

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a studio operations or production role, ideally in the eCommerce Homewares industry
  • Strong understanding of content production workflows
  • Experience managing creative teams and working with agencies (i.e. model, AI)
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Solid knowledge of studio equipment, including lighting setups, cameras, and capture systems
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset — able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with studio tech and software (Capture One, Adobe CC, etc.)
  • Experience of working with AI to facilitate and enrich image outputs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
