The Role

The ideal candidate will be confident working in a professional studio environment, shooting tethered, and using Capture One, alongside a full range of studio lighting equipment. Strong technical ability paired with a keen eye for detail is essential, as you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality imagery that aligns with core trends and supports our brand direction. You must be able to interpret and follow briefs accurately, ensuring a cohesive look and feel that reflects core stylistic trends. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, confident, personable, and an excellent communicator. As the role involves collaborating closely with multiple in-house teams across the business, strong communication skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously are critical.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-2 years' experience in commercial photography (homeware preferable but not essential)
  • Good knowledge of studio equipment, including lighting setups, cameras and capture systems
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset - able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with studio tech and software (Capture One, etc)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
