We're hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO. The location is onsite in Manchester, and this is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, office-based with a competitive salary and perks.

The Role
Reporting into the Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, assisting with diary management, correspondence, and general office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills in a professional, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and general support to the Senior EA & CEO
  • Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
  • Provide e-mail management support including organisation and filtering of e-mail inbox
  • Assist in arranging travel, accommodation, and occasional personal bookings
  • Helping organise weekly priorities and updating trackers
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Provide general administrative support to assist the smooth running of the office
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively
  • Support the Senior EA on executive office projects, events, and ad hoc tasks as required
