In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce platform — the engine that powers how our teams deliver outstanding experiences for students and university partners alike. Delivering continuous Salesforce enhancements and new functionality in line with business priorities:
- Overseeing day-to-day Salesforce administration and providing platform support to internal teams
- Investigating data integrity issues, determining root causes, and ensuring sustainable resolutions are put in place
We are seeking a Salesforce professional who brings both technical depth and a genuine passion for what the platform can achieve:
- 4–6 years of experience working within the CRM domain
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience
- Proven expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce
- A thorough understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and custom development standards
- Demonstrated ability to maintain data consistency between Salesforce and integrated partner systems
