We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining exceptional sales back office support while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing information and guidance to complete and secure energy contracts.
- Develop strong internal and external relationships to ensure a collaborative service and effective resolution of contract queries.
- Deliver efficient phone service, support and query responses in line with SLA's.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of supplier specific terms and conditions to address queries accurately and support customers effectively.
Person Specification:
- At least 1-2 years administrative and customer service experience.
- A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high accuracy work levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to handle and resolve a wide variety of queries effectively.
- Previous experience in the Utilities industry desirable.
