As a Sales Designer at our Mansfield (NG18) office, you will play a pivotal role in our customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position where your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and use your sales and design skills to turn those needs into beautiful, custom-made solutions.
If you’re a seasoned sales professional with a flair for design, this role was made for you. We can train you how to design if you don’t have experience, as long as you can bring the sales skills.
What You’ll Do:- Engage with customers via phone and email to understand their needs.
- Provide bespoke quotes & designs from our design software (it’s easy to learn!).
- Follow up on leads professionally, showcasing sales skills and great service.
- Update and utilise the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, earning yourself great commission.
- Sales Drive: You have a natural ability to drive sales and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Communication Skills: You know how to listen, understand, and communicate effectively, building trust and rapport with customers.
- Team Spirit & Independence: You can be a team player and help colleagues but are also a driven independent worker.
