About Online Art School: Online Art School is an international digital e-learning platform looking to launch with a carefully curated group of founding instructors across a wide range of creative disciplines. We are a complete business that is about to launch, led by an experienced Managing Director with a proven track record of building successful companies. Our highly motivated team of 9 is shaping the future of this international creative platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join early, grow with us and enjoy the benefits and rewards that come with the company’s success.
This role is suited to a confident communicator who enjoys research, outreach and is willing to build professional relationships with prospective instructors for our platform. You will be working from our Danbury office, closely with the founder and core team. This is not an administrative role and not an in-office support position. It is an active outreach and relationship-building role requiring initiative, confidence and strong communication skills.
You will:
- Work from the company’s existing artist database to contact creative professionals and complete any necessary follow-up research.
- Initiate contact via email and social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Introduce Online Art School’s opportunity clearly and professionally.
- Manage outreach, follow-ups and pipelines using HubSpot.
- Qualify interested creators and take them through a sales pipeline from start to finish.
- Represent the Online Art School brand with professionalism and warmth.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and contribute to shaping the company’s future.
You must:
- Be a strong verbal and written communicator.
- Be confident initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Have experience in sales, outreach, partnerships or recruitment.
- Be organised and comfortable working from a CRM system.
- Have basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, email, spreadsheets).
- Be able to collaborate and work well within the team.
