Brief Overview This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience; Pitched Roofing Estimator to join a great specialist sub-contractor Package Β£50k to Β£60k About our Client My client is a specialist roofing contractor based in the South East. Their projects vary in value from Β£50k to Β£2million. These projects consist of pithed roofs along with other services they provide. They are looking to add an Estimator to their team due to workload. About the Role β Timely preparation and submission of applications for payment and final accounts β Contractual negotiations β Debtor Management Control of project variations / cost control Submission of tenders on new & re-roofing schemes About the Candidate β Must have at least 3 years experience in estimating pitched roofing projects. β Commercial awareness. β Good IT skills β Manage internal company resources Understanding of the principles of contract law and how they are applied in practical circumstances β Able to plan/programme a job, including materials and labour β Negotiation skills Financial understanding β Resilient Tenacious Excellent communication skills β verbal and written.
