Our client is a leading Multi-disciplined Demolition contractor who, due to growth, are currently looking for several Demolition Site Managers (CCDO). The Demolition Site Manager is to oversee regional Demolition Projects in the local area. This is a a permanent role with the opportunity to progress within the Demolition business Unit. Requirements: • Valid Black CCDO Demolition Manager Card (essential) • SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Fire Marshal certification • Proven experience managing structural demolition and enabling works on live or high- profile sites • Strong knowledge of Demolition health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination • Ability to lead Demolition site teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards. • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, Demolition engineers, and Demolition site operatives Contract Details: • Immediate start available • Competitive salary • Opportunity to progress within a reputable business. • Full Benefits package on offer with this role
