We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a Leading Piling & Ground Engineering Contractor who operate nationally. Our client offers specialist Piling services using various Piling techniques, in all industry sectors. This role will offer a Hybrid working opportunity for the right candidate with excellent career progression working for a market leading Piling & Ground Engineering contractor.

Relevant Qualifications

  • Degree Qualified
  • Progressed steadily from a Groundworks, Piling or related Sub-contracting background
  • Previously worked in the Civil engineering sector
  • Previous experience in a similar role as either an Intermediate QS or Quantity Surveyor level

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
  • The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
  • The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules
  • The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
  • Contract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registers
