Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Reports to: District Manager & Area Manager
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, achieving KPIs and developing a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Coach, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Oversee stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety and administrative procedures.
- Monitor KPIs and use commercial insights to maximise store performance.
