In the UK, we proudly operate under three beloved brands: Calzedonia, Intimissimi and Intimissimi Uomo.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our company as a Store Manager at one of our CALZEDONIA stores based in London.Role Overview: reporting to the District Manager and Country Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the store. This includes maintaining the highest standards of customer service and ensuring strict adherence to all Calzedonia UK Ltd policies and procedures.The Store Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the brand’s reputation, driving growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Sales & Customer ServiceMaximize the turnover of the store setting daily and weekly sales targets.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Calzedonia products and brands.Deliver excellent customer service.Deal with customer returns and complaints. Visual & Store StandardsImplement all Visual Merchandising guidelines, standards and updates.Maintain window displays in accordance with Visual Manager guidelines.Ensure proper product presentation.Ensure a high standard of presentation and cleanliness of the store. Stock ManagementManage stock methodically and efficiently optimizing the stock levels through effective stock ordering.Maintain inventory integrity.Manage transfer of products within the business.Process deliveries efficiently.Ensure the stock room is clean and organised. People ManagementBe an excellent role model for your team, be visibly enthusiastic and motivated.Create a positive working environment motivating all staff members.Conduct performance appraisal of all team members every six months and set personal objectives.Deal with any disciplinary and grievance issues arising in consultation with the HR Manager.Develop and coach team members. Administration & FinanceAdhere to Calzedonia policy regarding till operations, the store safe and banking.Manage cover and weekly rota ensuring staffing levels are kept to the required Company standards.Ensure the Company’s Health & Safety policy is adhered to within the store.Ensure completion of general branch administration and paperwork.Ensure that any security issues are related to the District Manager immediately. Commercial AnalysisKnow daily, weekly and monthly store income & KPI`s.Be aware of all best selling stock within your store and the brand.Hold staff meetings in order for the store performance and objectives to be discussed.Check daily/weekly statistics and store performance and use the numbers in practice.Plan together with DM, VM and Visual & Event Coordinator for store promotions and key trading events when appropriate.Profile:Passion for Fashion: A deep enthusiasm for the fashion industry.Brand Enthusiasm: Demonstrates excitement for Calzedonia brands, products, and quality.Sales & Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in sales and customer service environments.Approachable: Comfortable and confident in engaging with a diverse range of customers.Adaptable & Confident Seller: Willing to take on new challenges and adapt to different selling situations.Professional Image: Consistently presents a polished and professional appearance.Interpersonal & Time Management Skills: Excellent communication and time management abilities.
