We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our company as a full-time 40 hours Key Holder at our Calzedonia store located in King's Road, London.
Role Overview: Under the direct supervision of the District Manager, Store Manager, and Supervisor, the Key Holder plays a critical role in assisting with the development of staff and ensuring the consistent delivery of company expectations related to sales, service, operations, presentation, and product knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
- Contribute to store turnover, being aware of daily sales targets and store objectives.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the products and the brand.
- Ensure all staff and customers are informed about current promotions and offers.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Stay vigilant to prevent store thefts.
- Accurately process deliveries and complete associated paperwork.
- Visual & Store Standards:
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper replenishment.
- Keep window displays in line with Visual Manager guidelines.
- Provide suggestions for in-store merchandising.
- People Management:
- Drive team motivation and involvement.
- Ensure the entire team delivers a high-quality customer experience.
- Assist in the training and development of staff members.
- Supervise team adherence to store rules and procedures (e.g., cleaning, replenishment, floor monitoring).
- Security:
- Report any security issues immediately to the Store Manager or District Manager.
- Keep the office and safe securely locked when not in use.
- Handle money in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure store keys are managed responsibly and never left unattended.
- Conduct staff security checks and ensure all areas of the store are secured before leaving.
- Monitor staff purchases to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Verify that all internal and external doors and electrical appliances are secure before closing the store.
