Key Responsibilities
- Manage UK e-commerce activities end-to-end, from briefing through to publication.
- Create and manage newsletters, SMS and push notifications.
- Manage website content, promotions, product data, categories, tags and PDP selection.
- Support visual merchandising, HTML updates and website/app testing.
- Monitor e-commerce performance through GA4 and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to improve online performance.
Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing (fashion/beauty preferred).
- Good understanding of CMS, product data and digital content management.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as GA4.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, analytical and eager to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
