We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Specialist to support the day‑to‑day operations of our UK digital channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital career who wants to develop strong foundations in e‑commerce, content management, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration across a multi‑brand environment. You will work closely with the UK E‑Commerce Specialists, the Country Manager, and HQ teams to ensure our websites remain aligned with brand objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities – Strategic & Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Work closely with HQ and the Local E‑commerce Team to plan and execute the monthly website content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and commercial goals.
- Coordinate updates and share insights with Retail, Marketing, and HQ to create synergy between online and offline operations.
Content & Website Management
- Translate and publish weekly website updates, ensuring content remains fresh, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage CMS activities including homepage updates, landing pages, promotional assets, and category optimisation.
- Conduct QA checks across devices to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
Product & Data Operations
- Support daily product data accuracy across PIM and internal systems.
- Manage attributes, descriptions, categorisation, and bulk uploads.
- Monitor workflows, identify missing information or inconsistencies, and support resolution.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Review weekly and monthly reports, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Track competitor activity and identify new opportunities.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support ongoing SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising activities.
- Assist in briefing HQ and agencies based on performance insights.
Who We Are Looking For / Essential Skills
- Strong interest in e‑commerce, fashion, or digital marketing.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and pragmatism.
Preferred Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing (fashion/beauty preferred).
- Experience with CMS, product data management, or basic SEO.
