In the UK, we proudly operate under three beloved brands: Calzedonia, Intimissimi and IUMAN/Intimissimi Uomo. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join one of our Intimissimi store in London.
Main responsibilities
- Support the District Manager in leading the team and daily store operations.
- Drive sales performance and support the team in achieving KPIs (ATV, UPT, CCR and sales targets).
- Coach, motivate and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Organise daily priorities, delegate tasks and ensure smooth store operations.
- Oversee stock replenishment, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures and operational standards.
Profile
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- A passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
