Our client is a well-established construction, property development and specialist engineering solutions provider. Currently, they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the safety and timely delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in project management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or accreditation as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by the Singapore Project Management Institute (SPM) will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
