Our client is in the construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide a full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Manage all aspects of the construction execution; from site preparations to build-out, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with the project timelines and specifications.
- Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems are aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
- Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms regarding time, cost and quality.
- Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings.
- Liaise with clients for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports, and maintain all required records at the sites.
- Drive safety and sustainability.
REQUIREMENT
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in LTA/Civil Project is mandatory.
- Must be technically inclined and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work independently as well as acquire good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams.
