Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead in customer engagement, from discovery to solution design through POC and deployment.
- Understand partners and customer needs, technical environments and business challenges to shape tailored, commercially focused solutions.
- Deliver clear, engaging product and solution demonstrations (live, webinar and on-site) and lead technical workshops.
- Collaborate with sales, business development, and product teams to design winning strategies and proposals.
- Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance assessments.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product team.
- Support proof-of-concept projects, solution configuration, and installations with partners and customers.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to channel partners and enable technical knowledge.
