Our client is an IT service provider focused on Information Security and Data Privacy domains. They are currently seeking an Account Manager to be part of the team. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and acts as an ambassador of the company. As such, the Account Manager is expected to provide consistent excellence in customer service to uphold the company brand name. To do so, the Account Manager must strive to understand client needs and accurately communicate these needs to the project team. It is of utmost importance that the Account Manager takes ownership to build client relationships and encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Job Dimension (Scope)
- Review of major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure that client expectations are met.
- Adhere to procedures and processes when delivering client requests.
- Solve client issues and report any unsolved issues to the Director promptly.
- Follow up closely with contracts and contract renewals for new projects/works for clients.
- Be responsible for change orders, invoices, and follow up on payment collection.
- Achieve quarterly sales quota and ensure project profitability.
- Aware of and in pursuit of account growth and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with project teams to maintain continuous knowledge of project status and aid identification of potential challenges and/or opportunities within or related to projects.
- Communicate and represent client goals and interests to the project team.
- Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team to ensure uniform team representation and professional management of client expectations.
- Understand company capabilities and services to accurately inform clients and potential clients of company products and suitable business solutions.
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, and on-job training will be provided.
- High level of initiative and a team player.
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal supervision.
