Our client is a Japanese MNC and one of the market leaders in the factory automation industry. They are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

The Inside Sales Representative will assist in generating new leads for the sales team by calling manufacturing contacts to introduce the company’s products and services. No product selling or closing is required.

IDEAL PROFILES WE ARE LOOKING AT

  • Enjoy speaking to all levels of people / no hesitation to call any types of contacts on the phone
  • Active, positive, and spontaneous in talking to people
  • Equipped with good communication skills

BENEFITS ENTITLEMENT

  • Attractive monthly incentive based on performance (Up to S$800 monthly).
  • Additional half-yearly bonus based on performance.
  • 5 Day Work Week, 8.15am to 5.30pm.
  • Training will be provided.
  • This role will work with the marketing and sales department and gain exposure to strong communication skills.
  • Long-term renewable contract with yearly increment.
  • Entitled to transport, medical, dental allowance, and AWS.
  • Possibility of conversion to permanent staff depending on performance.
