Our client is the world’s largest independent aerospace distribution company. The Senior HR Executive (Generalist) will support regional HR operations while taking ownership of Singapore HR matters. This role covers full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, work pass administration, compliance, and office administration oversight. The incumbent will serve as the key HR point of contact for local employees while partnering closely with the Regional HR Manager to ensure alignment with global HR policies and standards.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, DP, etc.).
  • Coordinate and support payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate submission of payroll inputs.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, renewal letters, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM surveys).
  • Support performance review cycles and compensation review processes.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide first-line HR advisory support.

Office Administration

  • Oversee general office administration including vendor management and facility coordination.
  • Manage office supplies procurement and inventory.
  • Coordinate corporate travel arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations / company’s events.

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
  • Hands‑on experience in recruitment, work pass administration, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate regionally.
