Our client is a well-established construction, property development and specialist engineering solutions provider. Currently, they are seeking an HR Executive to be part of the HR team.

The Human Resource Executive will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment activities. This role supports the organization’s manpower needs by attracting, selecting, and retaining suitable talent, while ensuring HR operations comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower planning and hiring needs
  • Administer employee records and support HR operations across the employee lifecycle
  • Handle work pass applications and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
  • Support leave administration, and HR documentation
  • Assist in employee relations, engagement activities, and policy implementation
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in using Easypay will be advantageous (not mandatory)
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably with strong recruitment exposure
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
  • Experience handling work passes is an advantage
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities
