JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Support the Manager in preparing reports, managing documentation, and attending coordination meetings.
- Lead a team of Design Coordinator, Architecture in managing and coordinating architectural works in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of architectural drawings and details.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, codes of practice, and company standards.
- Plan, organise and supervise production of construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
- Provide technical support to the site team and address discrepancies or design issues during construction.
- Monitor architectural progress on-site and resolve coordination issues involving structural.
