Role Overview

As a key member of the Global Operations Team, you will manage daily operations for the EMEA region, strictly focusing on standardising workflows and bridging the gap between sales administration and financial processes. This role requires a mid-level professional who excels at execution, respects established processes, and can solve problems independently without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbox & Query Management: Take full ownership of the regional Operations inbox, ensuring all internal and external inbound communications are triaged and resolved in a timely and disciplined manner.
  • Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Manage the end-to-end customer invoicing, purchase order (PO) workflows, and account reconciliations.
  • Vendor & Supplier Portals: Swiftly register, update, and maintain business files across various supplier and client portals.
  • Sales Administration & CRM Hygiene: Partner with the EMEA Sales Team to validate customer orders, enforce data consistency within Salesforce, and ensure proactive tracking of transactional gaps.
  • Process Standardization: Maintain and adhere to standardized onboarding and workflow structures, identifying localized friction points to help line up regional billing with global procedures.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a commercial operations, sales administration, or accounts receivable role.
