Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid digital, events, and content distribution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are aligned across teams.
- Support audience segmentation, list targeting, and workflow execution within marketing automation platforms, partnering with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are set up for accurate measurement.
- Coordinate logistics and execution for marketing-driven events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, workshops, and internal programs.
- Track campaign and event performance, generate post-campaign reporting, and surface insights and optimization recommendations.
- Identify and recommend improvements to campaign coordination processes, workflows, and documentation.
Marketing Analytics
- Maintain dashboards and reports to track incoming leads and sources, marketing performance, funnel health, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze lead flow, conversion rates, attribution, and ROI across channels.
- Partner with SalesOps to align on pipeline health, regional effectiveness, and forecasting.
- Monitor data quality across CRM/marketing automation platforms and recommend improvements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with content, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and smooth handoffs.
- Support marketing leadership with ad‑hoc activities, pipeline deep dives, and strategic reporting.
- Collaborate with operations to improve processes, workflows, and measurement frameworks.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or campaign coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Experience supporting campaign setup, execution, and readiness across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Sheets required; SQL/Tableau/Looker a plus).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, product marketing, and operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Detail‑oriented with a high standard for data accuracy and process consistency.
- Familiarity with paid acquisition, email automation, and campaign optimization.
