Role Overview
As a Senior Game Mathematician, you will work alongside Game Design and Senior Management teams to develop, optimize, and test mathematical models for various gambling games. Your work will directly impact the player experience and the company’s profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Game Design & Creation: Design and implement mathematical models for slot games, focusing on key elements like RTP (Return to Player), volatility, and house edge.
- Game Analysis & Optimization: Analyze and improve existing games to enhance player engagement and ensure profitability for casinos.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to develop high-quality gambling games that meet industry standards.
- Testing & QA: Conduct thorough playtesting to identify and resolve any issues with game mechanics, payout structures, or player experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on game specifications, mathematical models, and testing results.
What You’ll Need to Have
- 5+ years of experience in game math or game design, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Passion for games, particularly mobile gaming, with a keen understanding of current industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
