Onhires is seeking a highly experienced MLRO & DPO to lead regulatory compliance, AML/CTF, and data protection for our FCA-regulated EMI in the UK. The role carries triple-mandate responsibility as MLRO for SARs and as DPO, ensuring adherence to FCA rules, UK GDPR, and cross-border data transfers.
The successful candidate will design and own the ERM framework, oversee risk governance, product compliance, and training to embed a strong compliance culture across the organisation.
