Social Value Engagement and Monitoring Officer (2 year fixed term)

The role
We are seeking someone with the passion for social value and the ability to:
- Lead on monitoring and managing Social Value commitments made by successful bidders within the Ongo procurement processes, forge strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, develop guidance and training and support to deliver social value promises.
- Produce reports, develop case studies, maintain web pages, and use own initiative to drive quality improvements.
- Work on initiatives to support the local economy, tackle environmental sustainability and help to develop opportunities to support our tenants and the voluntary and community sector in areas where we have homes.
We are offering a salary of £29,459 to join our small, friendly, and busy team for 37 hours per week.
The successful candidate will have:
