Regional neighbourhoods Manager (Temporary 9-12 Months)

We're looking for an inspirational and values-driven leader to join our Neighbourhoods Team as Regional Manager for
Region 2, covering communities from Scunthorpe through to Lincoln .
This is an exciting opportunity to lead across a diverse area, supporting colleagues to deliver excellent services for customers while shaping improvements that make a real difference to our communities.
You'll lead a team of managers and officers, driving performance, developing people and helping to embed our Neighbourhood Model.
Working closely with customers, colleagues and partners, you'll use insight, feedback and data to improve services and deliver positive outcomes.
