About the Role
We are recruiting for 360 Operators to join a busy recycling and waste management site in Scunthorpe. These roles are ideal for experienced operators, but the client is also happy to consider individuals who are new to the industry, provided they hold the relevant licences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently
- Sorting and managing recyclable materials in the yard
- Operating and monitoring machinery under supervision
- Loading and unloading vehicles in line with health and safety standards
- Maintaining yard cleanliness and responsible waste handling
- Communicating effectively with the team to support smooth operations
- Transporting materials and removing waste as required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a 360 Excavator Operator or newly licensed operators looking to start in the industry
- CPCS card or equivalent licence beneficial (not essential)
- Strong understanding of health & safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Own transport due to site location
