We’re looking for a qualified Mental Health Specialist Counsellor to join Ongo Talk, supporting people across our communities to improve their wellbeing, confidence and life chances.
You’ll deliver one‑to‑one counselling and group sessions, working with people experiencing mental health challenges to help them overcome barriers, build resilience and move forward positively. You’ll also support our workplace counselling offer, helping employees and employers improve mental health at work.
You’ll need:
- A recognised counselling/psychotherapy qualification
- BACP registration (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting people with mental health needs
- Strong communication, safeguarding and case‑management skills
- A commitment to equality, recovery and person‑centred support
- Enhanced DBS required.
