Ashbridge Roofing are one of the largest roofing companies in North Lincolnshire. We operate from a small but busy office in Scunthorpe and are part of the Ongo Group.
Our current projects range from small and large new build developments to large social housing reroofing schemes. Much of our work is slating and tiling but we carry out flat roofing works and have operatives trained in GRP, single-ply and more traditional felting.
This role is full time, 40 hours per week, 7.30am – 4.30pm. Salary is £41,250 plus bonus, plus van & Fuel card.
- Monitor productivity and report progress to the Scaffold Manager or Contract Manager.
- Coordinate with site management and other trades to ensure safe interface working.
- Liaise with yard and transport teams regarding deliveries and collections.
- Act as the primary point of contact on site for all scaffolding matters.
- Provide regular updates to management on progress, variations, safety matters and site issues.
- Travel to multiple sites across Lincolnshire, Humberside and South/West Yorkshire.
Qualifications:
- CISRS Scaffold Inspection qualification (Preferred but not immediately essential).
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (essential).
- Proven experience supervising scaffold teams on construction sites.
- Competent in completing statutory scaffold inspection reports and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Full UK driving licence.
