Job Title: Kitchen Porter (Breakfast & General Duties) Location: Scunthorpe United Football Club, Attis Arena Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Employment Type: Part-Time (Weekdays, 8:00 AM β 1:00 PM, plus match days) Job Overview: We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to work with Scunthorpe United FC who is seeking a trustworthy, confident, and personable Kitchen Porter to join the clubβs day-to-day operations. This vital support role involves preparing and serving light breakfasts for first-team players, keeping the kitchen and breakfast area clean and organised, and helping with occasional errands as required. You will work closely with players and staff, so discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve light, nutritious breakfasts for players before training sessions. * Keep the kitchen and breakfast area clean, tidy, and stocked. * Clear and clean all areas after players have eaten. * Carry out occasional errands (e.g. collecting supplies, minor shopping runs). * Engage with management staff and players confidently and respectfully, building positive day-to-day rapport. * Maintain confidentiality around all club and player matters. * Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative where necessary.
