We are looking for a dynamic Care Resource Assistant to join our friendly and fast-paced Ongo Care desk. If you have experience in the care sector, strong people and organisational skills, and a desire to contribute to the success of a supportive team, we want to hear from you!
The Role: As a Care Resource Assistant, you\βll support the recruitment team by helping to meet and exceed targets for candidate placements, ensuring we meet the needs of our clients and help our colleagues at Ongo make a difference. You\βll be working in a collaborative environment, where your passion for people and ability to manage priorities will shine.
This is a full-time role offering 37 hours per week, with a competitive salary of Β£23,556, plus annual profit share, agile working, and a range of fantastic company benefits.
