Job Title: CNC Operator Location: Brigg Work Type: Temp to Perm Pay Rate: Up to £13.44 p/h including a £60 weekly shift allowance On behalf of our client based in Brigg we are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their busy production team. Job Role: To keep up with a busy department. To operate machinery in a busy production warehouse. Understanding the specifications of each task and ensuring the final product is to a high standard. Conducting thorough quality control checks. Checking output to ensure highest quality. Key Skills: Strong attention to detail Precision Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Problem-solving skills Proficiency in mathematics Capacity to operate CNC machinery Good communication and teamwork skills Punctual and Reliable Working Hours: The hours are Monday to Thursday 14:00 to 00:15 (9.75 hours) You will be required to work the first few weeks on the standard day shift Monday to Thursday 05:45 to 14:15 and Friday 05:45 to 12:45 (no shift allowance) whilst training and then transfer to the late shift once trained.
