We’re hiring a Field Sales Executive (3-Month Contract | Self-Employed).
Location: Remote (Field-Based)

At Onfield Group, we help brands win where it matters most, in-store. We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Field Sales Executive to join us on a short-term contract and make an immediate impact across key retail channels, including Convenience, Cash & Carry, and Grocery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Winning new business across Convenience stores at store level
- Growing Cash & Carry accounts at depot level
- Securing new listings and increasing product distribution
- Delivering compelling sales pitches and closing deals
- Driving in-store visibility, availability, and execution
- Identifying opportunities through market insight and competitor analysis
- Reporting weekly on performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Field Sales / New Business Development (FMCG preferred)
- Strong track record of opening new accounts and driving growth
- Experience with Convenience, Cash & Carry, and Grocery retailers (Top 4 multiples a plus)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Strong commercial awareness of the retail landscape
- Willingness to travel and be out in the field
