At Onfield Group, we help brands win where it matters most, in-store. We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Field Sales Executive to join us on a short-term contract and make an immediate impact across key retail channels, including Convenience, Cash & Carry, & Grocery.
- Winning new business across Convenience stores at store level
- Growing Cash & Carry accounts at depot level
- Delivering compelling sales pitches and closing deals
- Driving in-store visibility, availability, and execution
- Identifying opportunities through market insight and competitor analysis
- Reporting weekly on performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Field Sales / New Business Development (FMCG preferred)
- Strong track record of opening new accounts and driving growth
- Experience with Convenience, Cash & Carry, and Grocery retailers (Top 4 multiples a plus)
- Strong commercial awareness of the retail landscape
- Willingness to travel and be out in the field
