We are Onfield Group, newly founded by 2 industry experts, specialising in Field Sales and Brand Activation, with a commitment to becoming the number one trusted outsourced partner for brands, delivering long-term success. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and passionate Field Sales Executives across England and Wales to join our growing team.

This role starts as a Self Employed, 12-month fixed-term, Cost Per Visit contract, with the potential to move into a full-time position in the future.

Location: Multiple positions across England and Wales

Cost Per Visit: £13 - A minimum of 5 estimated visits per day in a 5-day week.

About the Role: You will drive growth on the field by increasing awareness and visibility for our brand partners. The role involves building strong relationships with key decision makers, maximising brand presence, and ensuring compliance to boost sales in every visit. You will treat each territory and customer visit as your own, making sure every visit delivers a positive impact. This role may also include direct selling.

  • Minimum 12 months Field Sales experience across Grocery, Convenience, or On-Trade
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Experience in Direct Selling
  • Confident in communicating and presenting to key decision makers
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills with good commercial awareness
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, opportunity-seeking mindset
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Passionate, honest, and dedicated
  • Own vehicle required (car allowance provided)
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
