We are building the infrastructure enabling your favourite AI agents to provide you with services tailored to your preferences. With Fabric, agents become truly personal assistants that can help you in your daily life, instead of boring chatbots. This is possible thanks to your Digital Self, the most accurate representation of your interests, created from the searches, prompts, likes and stories that you spread around the Internet.

We are the first company in the world to have access to rich personal context from Instagram stories, Google searches, TikTok & YouTube videos, ChatGPT prompts and much more. We are using it to personalise your consumer AI experiences according to your preferences. We raised $3 million from some of the best Silicon Valley consumer and data investors and are assembling a world-class founding team to build the personalisation layer for consumer agents.

We are looking for an AI engineer who wants to become the world’s expert in AI memory and context engineering.

About you

You should have experience in traditional ML / data science but also be up to speed with the latest agentic AI trends. You should also be able to blend the long-term thinking necessary in AI research with the urgency required for a startup to maintain the lead.

Some things you will be working on:
  • Training models to turn user data from Big Tech companies into a user’s Digital Self
  • Frontier research on AI memory and context engineering
  • Providing context to consumer agents via MCP and A2A
You will be a perfect fit if:
  • Building a great company is your top priority in life
  • You are extremely hard working and internally motivated
  • You expect the same from the people you work with
Our commitment to you

We offer tons of work and the opportunity to build an infrastructure that will weave itself into the fabric of everyday life. Total compensation ranges from $150K to $220K. You must already be based in London and have your own authorisation to work in the UK. We will not sponsor your visa so please do not apply if you require visa sponsorship.

Apply directly or reach out to ceo@onfabric.io. Please answer all of the following to be considered, we will reject your application if you don’t answer these: why you are exceptional, why Fabric, CV, Github, portfolio, and any other relevant links we should see.
